Payment is required prior to the start of services. Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been received unless otherwise arranged. If payment is not received by the scheduled service time, services may be canceled and the appointment slot released.

If payment is required and a client becomes unresponsive, the following applies:
• If there is no response within 24 hours after a follow-up message regarding payment, the booking may be canceled.
• Unpaid and unconfirmed bookings are subject to cancellation without further notice.
• If plans change, clients are welcome to rebook once payment is received, pending availability.
Ongoing / Recurring Walks
For recurring or ongoing services, payment must be kept current in order to hold scheduled time slots. Failure to maintain payment will result in cancellation of future walks.
